Al Shamal’s Spanish coach, David Prats, is looking to maintain his team’s positive form and defeat Iran’s Esteghlal in their match tomorrow, Tuesday, at Basra Stadium in the fourth round of the AFC Champions League Elite. Al Shamal head into the match in high spirits after beating Saudi side Al Hilal, hoping to add to their five points and climb from eighth place. Esteghlal are fifth with six points. Prats acknowledged that the match would be difficult and that preparation time had been short, but said his team would give its all despite the packed schedule.
