Argentine Firm Gifts Screens After Visa Rejections
An Argentine electronics company called "NobleX" has announced that it gifted televisions to 100 fans who were denied visas by the United States to attend the World Cup, in an effort to support them in their inability to be present. This initiative comes amid a visa crisis affecting participants and supporters, including Somali international referee Omar Abdul Qader Arten, who was sent back to his country after his visa application was rejected. The 23rd edition of the World Cup has started in Mexico, the United States, and Canada, with matches being held across multiple countries.
