This increase was driven by the growing demand for advanced memory chips used in artificial intelligence, especially HBM (High Bandwidth Memory) chips, which offer high speeds and lower energy consumption. Investments and expansion in production have contributed to strengthening its market position amid competition with Samsung and Micron Technology.
