The Kingdom to Counter Drone Attacks
Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned the attacks carried out by Iran-backed militias in Iraq, which launched drones targeting oil facilities in the Eastern Region and Riyadh. The Saudi Ministry of Defense announced that it intercepted and destroyed a number of these drones as part of its efforts to protect its security and sovereignty. It emphasized the need for the Iraqi government to take all necessary measures to prevent its territory from being used to launch attacks against the Kingdom, while reaffirming its right to respond to sources of aggression.
