The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture (Ithra), in collaboration with Aramco Saudi Arabia Initiative, concluded the Iqra Enrichment Forum, which lasted for a week and aimed to strengthen children's connection to reading and creative expression. The forum was attended by 20 male and female students from five Arab countries, who experienced a variety of activities including exploring libraries, creative writing and thinking workshops, debates, and poetry evenings. The goal was to break down barriers, stimulate dialogue, and encourage expression. The activities focused on developing writing and critical thinking skills, featuring advisory sessions and emphasizing reading as a means of personal growth. The event culminated in honoring the participants and a visit to Jarir Bookstore, reaffirming that reading is a vital tool for self-discovery and broadening horizons for children.
