The General Directorate of Passports explains the method of using the "Tawasul" service available through the "Absher" platform. This service allows beneficiaries to submit requests for transactions that cannot be completed electronically, without the need to visit passport offices. The service requires logging into Absher, selecting the "Tawasul" service, and submitting a new request by choosing the type of transaction, describing the issue, attaching relevant documents, and sending the request. This service helps expedite the processing of unresolved requests, saving time and effort, while also expanding reliance on digital services and reducing the need for in-person visits.
