The article focused on the Medina Development Authority's regulation of conducting marriage contracts inside Quba Mosque. It established 10 conditions to ensure the process is organized, respectful of the mosque's sanctity, and comfortable for worshippers. These conditions include limiting the number of attendees to 25 people, a contract duration of 30 minutes, starting the contract 15 minutes after prayer, prohibiting the entry of food and beverages except for coffee and dates, and restricting video recording without permission—photos are only allowed with phones. Additionally, children under six are not permitted. This regulation comes in response to an increase in marriage contracts held at the mosque, which is the first mosque built in Islam and can accommodate about 20,000 worshippers. The aim is to manage and organize these occasions without disrupting the mosque's daily life and its visitors.
