The Sports Authority has issued a decision to transfer 25% of the shares of Al-Ittihad, Al-Ahli, Al-Hilal, and Al-Nassr clubs to the Public Investment Fund, as part of a plan to improve governance and enhance the investment appeal of the clubs. Al-Ahli Club confirmed that this transfer will not affect the composition of its Board of Directors or the continuity of its operations, and that the board will continue to perform its duties during its newly extended term of 90 days until July 2026. This step is part of the second phase of the club ownership transformation process, aimed at supporting their long-term sustainability and growth.
