A total of 159 people lost their lives and another 10 are missing in Guangxi Province, southern China, due to severe flooding caused by Hurricane "Maysak" in early July. Over 1.65 million people in the cities of Nanning and Guigang were affected by the heavy rains accompanying the storm.
