Crown Prince Visits France on Royal Directive
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman of Saudi Arabia visited France on a state visit based on King Salman’s directives and in response to an invitation from President Emmanuel Macron, with the aim of strengthening economic ties between the two countries. The areas of cooperation focus on energy and artificial intelligence, as relations between Saudi Arabia and France expand in these sectors. This visit occurs amid ongoing positions by Islamic countries condemning Israeli settlement policies in Palestinian territories.
