Saudi charity's national safety legacy
The article discusses the transformation currently taking place at the Ehsan Platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, shifting from being a donation platform to becoming an independent, national non-profit organization that encompasses all licensed charitable associations. This transformation aims to develop a more sustainable, transparent, and efficient model for managing charitable work by connecting associations through a unified national system that ensures data and governance standardization, enhances impact measurement, and promotes fairness in distributing support. The main objectives include moving donations from random support to needs-based assistance, with ongoing monitoring and institutional performance that boosts trust, reduces costs, and increases the effectiveness of charitable efforts. This will facilitate more organized and transparent growth, ensuring aid reaches those most deserving according to reliable standards.
