The article highlights the state of hesitation experienced by Al-Ittihad Club's management regarding the future of their French player, Moussa Diaby. The same scenario repeated itself as last summer when the club refused to let him go despite an offer from Inter Milan. Ultimately, the club withdrew from selling him, which negatively affected his performance. Currently, the club has asked Diaby to negotiate regarding his dues, leading the player to reach an agreement with German team Bayer Leverkusen. However, the management changed its stance once again and decided to keep him, leaving the player's future in a state of ambiguity and indecision. The problem stems from the way the situation has been managed, which caused a lack of clarity in the decision-making process and impacted the player's mental and professional levels, as he remains in a state of waiting and uncertainty about his final fate.
