Paris hosts leaders to boost Saudi-French investments
A meeting of the French-Saudi Investment Roundtable was held in Paris, attended by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and French President Emmanuel Macron. The purpose was to enhance investment partnerships between the two countries and explore cooperation opportunities across multiple sectors. During the event, 21 agreements and memoranda of understanding were announced in areas such as energy, industry, finance, transportation, artificial intelligence, culture, and health, reflecting the diversity of their cooperation. These initiatives come within a historic context of relations dating back to 1926, with a focus on strengthening French investments in Saudi Arabia, which reached 63.9 billion riyals in 2024, and trade volume amounted to 44.2 billion riyals in 2025. All of this is taking place within a stable investment environment that enables sustainable growth.
