The Ministry of Education has decided that teachers' working hours will end with the conclusion of the school day, without an obligation to stay after students leave. The finish times vary depending on the educational stage. The difficulty teachers face in dealing with students and parents who demand rights or grades unjustly remains evident, making the teaching profession tiring and requiring patience and skill. It is noted that many teachers are seeking early retirement, especially after the ministry introduced a financial incentive to encourage early retirement. Often, this requires meeting strict conditions, including reaching the age of sixty. There are also questions about the current need for the number of teachers and the procedures for replacing them in the upcoming phase.
