The International Atomic Energy Agency confirmed detecting construction and movements at Iran's "Jabal al-Fas" site, which is located south of the Natanz facility and is suspected of being linked to nuclear activities. This comes amid growing concerns over Iran's continued development of its nuclear program. Although inspectors have not been able to examine the site entirely, satellite images reveal new activity. The issue was referred by the Agency's Board of Governors to the United Nations Security Council due to Iran's non-compliance. This situation unfolds amidst heightened American and Israeli tensions and warnings of military strikes, with President Trump urging Iran not to tamper and warning of a strong response if the activities persist at the site. It is estimated that the facility's construction began after a sabotage attack on an Iranian facility approximately six years ago, aimed at securing nuclear activities within tunnels and mountains.
