The Ministry of Interior announced the opening of nominations for the Prince Nayef bin Abdulaziz Memorization of the Holy Quran Competition, encouraging its personnel, regional emirates, and security sectors to memorize and recite the Quran with proficiency. The competition includes five categories: full Quran memorization, fifteen Juz, ten Juz, or two Juz. Cash prizes totaling up to 3 million Saudi Riyals are distributed across these categories. Applicants must be employees of the ministry or the security sectors and must pass the initial stage with a minimum score of 85%. Military participants are required to wear their official uniforms. This initiative is part of the kingdom's ongoing efforts to support Quran memorization and promote religious awareness, aligning with the leadership's interest in the Holy Book and the support of programs that strengthen memorization and recitation.
