The Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture branch in the Makkah Region has begun implementing a live video communication system with officials, aiming to enable applicants to submit their requests and inquiries without the need to visit the branch, especially for beneficiaries in remote districts and areas. The system allows beneficiaries to connect via video with officials and explain their transactions directly and swiftly, contributing to an improved service experience and increased efficiency in communication and transparency. This initiative is part of the ministry's efforts towards digital transformation, simplifying the lives of beneficiaries, and reducing effort and costs for them.
