International Waves sues for 67.9M riyals
Amwaj International Company has filed five legal claims before the competent commercial courts to recover receivable balances and financial dues totaling approximately 67.9 million Riyals, resulting from commercial transactions with its customers, including balances related to a specific branch. These cases are still pending before the judiciary, and no final judgments have been issued to date. The associated costs or financial impacts have not changed; these claims are considered legal rights to be collected and do not represent current expenses or revenues. These measures are part of the company's review of its balances and inventory, aimed at preserving its financial rights. It is affirmed that the final financial impact will be determined once the final judgments are issued.
