Al-Khuzama Assembly to Elect New Board October 7
Al Khuzama Trading Company announced that a regular general assembly meeting will be held on October 7, 2026, to elect a new Board of Directors for a four-year term starting October 11, 2026, and concluding on October 10, 2030. The meeting will include voting on the nominations for board members, with electronic voting available through the Tadawulati service from October 3 until the date of the meeting. The first meeting requires the attendance of shareholders representing at least 25% of the capital; if this quorum is not achieved, a second meeting will be convened, valid with any number of shares represented. The purpose of this process is to renew the Board of Directors, with a focus on diversifying expertise among the candidates across various fields.
