330 schools adopt development programs
The National Agency for Educational Professional Development has launched the "School-Based Professional Development" program, which aims to improve teachers' practices in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. The program targets 330 schools across four main regions (Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, and the Eastern Province) and includes 48 hours of training divided into three modules focused on active learning, pedagogical knowledge, collaborative design, professional learning communities, and school improvement based on data. The program seeks to develop teachers' leadership and pedagogical skills, promote teamwork, enhance the quality of education, and foster a school culture that encourages collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
