Al-Alimi initiates Fajr Yemen operation
Yemeni Presidential Leadership Council Chairman Rashad Al-Alimi launched Operation "Youth of Yemen" with the aim of liberating Sana'a from Houthi control. The operation seeks to retake the Yemeni capital and free the areas under Houthi militia dominance. It is part of Yemen's efforts to restore the state and end the coup. Al-Alimi anticipated that Yemen will move toward a new dawn through the will of the people and support from brothers and friends, with ongoing military operations to recapture significant territories such as Al-Makhla and to weaken the Houthis on multiple fronts.
