Al-Taawoun's first football team in the Roshn Saudi League headed into a goalless draw with Al-Fateh in the fifth round. This is the first time they have played to a nil-nil draw between them in nearly nine years, specifically since December 2017. The match featured mutual attempts by both teams to score, with Al-Taawoun taking 13 shots and Al-Fateh creating 12 chances, before Al-Taawoun’s player Younes Al-Bahrawi was sent off in the 66th minute. So far, neither team has achieved a victory in the current season, having drawn three matches and suffered two defeats. Al-Taawoun is preparing to face Al-Hazem, while Al-Fateh will compete against Dammam, with both teams still seeking their first wins.
