The management of Bani Yas Club has ended its contract with the first-team coach, Romanian Danyell Esaila, due to the team's poor results at the beginning of the season. The club suffered four losses in the first four rounds of the Premier League, including two at home. This marks the second consecutive season with a poor start. This comes after the team experienced successive defeats against Al Ain, Al United, Al Wahda, and Hatta, leading to Esaila's dismissal. He is the second coach to be sacked this season, following Abdulmajid Al Nimer.
