Portugal thrashes Denmark without Ronaldo
The Portuguese national team achieved an exciting 4-2 victory over Denmark in a UEFA Nations League qualifier, ignoring the controversy surrounding their captain and top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo, who left the team's camp after the coach's decision not to include him in the starting lineup. João Cancelo scored the first goal for Portugal, and the team exchanged leads and ties with Denmark throughout the match, which featured goals from players such as Mikkel Damsgaard, Gonçalo Ramos, Rasmus Højlund, Vitinha, and João Feleix. Portugal raised its points tally to nine, leading the group ahead of Norway and Wales, while Denmark remained on three points. The match took place during the third round of Group 4, and under coach Jorge Jesus's leadership, the Portuguese team is beginning a winning streak aimed at securing a third European Nations League title.
