Zahiir's six years at Black and White
Alaaideen Zuhair, a defender for the UAE national football team, stands before an important match in the Gulf 27 Championship final against Saudi Arabia at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah. Zuhair transferred from Tunisia to Al Wasl Club in the UAE in January 2020, gradually becoming a key player in the defense. His performance led the coach to select him for the UAE national team in the 2026 World Cup qualifiers in 2025. He has participated in various qualification matches and played in his first Gulf final, contributing to the UAE's victory over Oman and their qualification for the final. He hopes to achieve his first trophy with the Whites against Saudi Arabia on their home soil.
