Manchester United's poor Premier League start again
Manchester United is experiencing a disastrous start in the English Premier League this season, having only collected 6 points from the first 6 matches. This is their worst opening in 40 years, recalling the 1986-1987 season. The team drew their last two games against Tottenham and Wolverhampton, after leading or having numerical superiority but failing to secure the results, which caused them to lose important points. The team is struggling with weak defensive performance and frequent missed opportunities, conceding crucial goals in the final moments of matches, which has increased pressure on coach Michael Carrick, who admitted that there are aspects that need improvement as the team approaches the relegation zone.
