A report on Lazio's match in Serie A indicates that the team achieved its best start in history after defeating Monza 3-1, capitalizing on their neighbor Roma's goalless draw with Como. Lazio is now tied with Inter at the top of the table with 16 points, with the advantage going to Inter on goal difference. The capital team secured its fifth win in six matches. Despite this, the club's supporters are still boycotting home games due to disagreements with the club’s management. The victory comes ahead of a strong upcoming match against Juventus next week, as Lazio seeks to compete for the league title for the third time in its history—and the first since 26 years ago. Coach Gennaro Gattuso emphasized the need to improve performance in the second half, highlighting the importance of commitment and effort to achieve future goals.
