Marseille La Canebière shop looted
A report reports that the official Olympique de Marseille store on La Canebière Street in the city was looted during the unrest currently sweeping France, one of the worst waves of protests in years. Authorities in Marseille imposed a ban on public gatherings and demonstrations from midday until evening, after protests and unrest intensified, including acts of violence and looting targeting stores. Olympique de Marseille condemned the incident and confirmed that the store suffered significant damage, leading to a temporary closure. Fans continue to visit other club stores, and preparations are underway to reopen the store once security conditions permit.
