Bondarenko Achieves Sixth Double Win
Artëm Pondarenko, Al-Ahli midfielder, scored two goals in his team's match against Al-Fayha, achieving a notable milestone by scoring two or more goals in a single game for the sixth time in his career. He netted both goals after coming on as a substitute in the 14th minute, helping Al-Ahli to a 3-2 victory in the Saudi Pro League. This was his first double this season since joining the team on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk. This performance underscores his scoring ability, as he had previously scored two or more goals four times with Ukrainian clubs, including two hat-tricks. This is Pondarenko's first double with Al-Ahli in seven matches, whereas before joining Al-Ahli, he had scored two or more goals five times in his career.
