Enrique marks historic Paris milestone
Luis Enrique, the Paris Saint-Germain coach, achieved a historic milestone in the UEFA Champions League with his expert leadership of his team against Barcelona, reaching his 49th match in the competition with the French club. This surpasses the previous French record held by Claude Makelele, who played 48 matches with French clubs. This occurred during the third matchday of the group stage. Enrique is now the most-capped French manager in the tournament's history, and he aims to continue his strong performances at the European level after leading Barcelona to victory in the 2014-2015 Champions League season. It is also worth noting that his match against Barcelona was his 82nd in the Champions League across all the clubs he has managed.
