The UAE Football Association has approved a domestic training camp for the senior national team in Abu Dhabi from November 9 to 17. The camp will include two friendlies: against Honduras on November 13 at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium, and against Syria on November 17 at Hazza bin Zayed Stadium in Al Ain. Coach Zlatko Dalić aims to assess the players’ readiness, test tactical options and strengthen team cohesion ahead of the Asian Cup finals early next year in Saudi Arabia. The UAE will compete in Group E alongside South Korea, Vietnam and Yemen. The squad for the camp is expected to be announced in the coming days, after the players’ performances for their clubs have been reviewed.
