Liverpool reviews historic records for free Saudi deal
Liverpool are exploring the possibility of bringing back their former striker Darwin Nunez to Anfield on a free transfer during the summer transfer window. This comes after he failed to convince Al Hilal's coach of his performance and willingness to terminate his contract amicably with the Saudi club. Nunez joined Al Hilal last year for €53 million and scored 9 goals in 24 matches. He previously signed for Liverpool from Benfica in 2022 for £85 million, scoring 40 goals in 143 appearances before his departure.
