Malik and West Ham barred from youth and women's teams

The owner of West Ham United, David Sullivan, is facing allegations related to sexual misconduct. He was reportedly barred from communicating with the club's women's teams and academies starting in 2023 following investigations by the English Football Association concerning historic claims. These developments come after his resignation from his positions at the club and the emergence of testimonies from seven women accusing him of exploitative and sexual behaviors dating back to the 1980s and 1990s. Sullivan has vehemently denied these accusations and announced intentions to take legal action. The investigations are ongoing, and relevant authorities are monitoring his suitability to continue as a major contributor to the club.
