Syrian Civil Aviation Alerts on Unofficial Flight Announcements
The Syrian General Authority of Civil Aviation and Air Transport has warned against the circulation of unreliable information regarding the operation of new flights and the opening of destinations in Syria. It confirmed that any official announcements about airlines, destinations, or flight schedules are only issued by the authority after all official approvals are completed. The agency urged travelers not to rely on unofficial information when booking tickets or planning their trips, emphasizing that any new routes will be announced as soon as the necessary licenses and procedures are in place.
