The Minister of Emergency and Disaster Management, Raed Al-Saleh, reaffirmed that the ministry's personnel are continuing in a state of comprehensive alert, in coordination with relevant agencies, to address the impacts of the Euphrates River flood, especially after the closure of the fourth gate, which has led to a gradual decrease in water levels in Deir ez-Zor and Raqqa.
