Homs Launches Pacemaker Campaign

The Homs Directorate of Health, in cooperation with the Hand in Hand Relief and Development Organization, is launching the “Pulse of Life” campaign to support 18 patients in need of pacemaker implantation. The campaign aims to improve patients' quality of life by performing the surgeries at Ibn Al-Walid Hospital after Eid Al-Adha. It relies on careful medical assessment to ensure that support reaches those most in need. The participating entities expect the campaign to last for a month, while addressing challenges such as multiple cases and the limited availability of devices.
