Russia conducts resupply at Khmeimim Air Base

The Wall Street Journal reported that the Russian ship "Sparta" carried out its first resupply operation to the Hmeimim airbase in Syria since the fall of the former Syrian regime. The vessel arrived at the Tartus port in May, carrying military equipment, marking an attempt by Moscow to maintain its military presence in the country despite political changes.
