Syrian-Polish joint program trains mass casualty staff in Homs

An advanced Polish training course titled "MASCAL" was conducted at Ibn Al-Walid Hospital in Homs, aimed at enhancing the capabilities of Syrian medical personnel in managing mass casualties and major emergencies. The course lasted four days and focused on cardiopulmonary resuscitation and emergency response using realistic simulations and field exercises. This initiative is part of efforts to develop the skills of healthcare staff and improve disaster preparedness. The participants emphasized the continuation of cooperation with the Polish side to transfer modern medical expertise and improve emergency services in Syria.
