Homs Rastein Bridge cement plant bypass planned

The Syrian General Company for Construction and Building in Homs is working on rehabilitating and upgrading the diversion at the cement factory entrance near the Rasten Bridge, aiming to ease traffic flow between Homs and Hama governorates. The work includes opening a 140-meter-long road, executing aggregate excavations totaling 4,000 cubic meters, constructing a 7-meter-wide asphalt pavement, and installing safety barriers and traffic signals. The project seeks to improve the efficiency of the transportation network and enhance road safety, as part of the plan to develop vital roads to strengthen infrastructure and boost economic activity in the region.
