Emergency Minister: Rastan Bridge Repairs Signal Hope
The Syrian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported that the rehabilitation of the Ristan Bridge in Homs sends a message of hope for rebuilding what the war has destroyed. The bridge enhances the main transportation network in the region. It was reopened after repairs, becoming a vital part that facilitates the movement of people and goods, helps reduce travel time, and decreases accidents. It is also considered one of Syria's most important strategic routes between the south and the north.
