Official call to transfer Kanan for treatment
The relevant Syrian authorities are continuing to coordinate regarding the case of the child Kanan, who is suffering from severe hepatitis and requires urgent liver transplantation, which is not available in Syria. He has been transferred to Turkey via Bab al-Hawa crossing, facing the risk of losing his life if he does not receive external treatment quickly. Meanwhile, his family and humanitarian organizations are ongoing efforts to secure treatment for him abroad.
