Erdogan: Israeli strikes threaten Turkey
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that Israeli attacks on Syria and Lebanon have reached a level that poses a direct threat to Turkey. He pointed out that Israel continues to pursue hostile policies that threaten regional stability, including its assaults on Gaza and Iran, as well as occupying areas in Lebanon. Erdoğan emphasized that the international community has failed to respond appropriately to these policies. He clarified that Turkey's security begins in Aleppo, Damascus, and Beirut, warning Israel against interfering in Turkey's rights and those of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. He also indicated that Israel’s crimes require an urgent global response.
