Erdogan: Turkey's security starts at Aleppo, Damascus and Beirut
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan emphasized that Turkey's security is not limited to the Hatay Province but extends to Aleppo, Damascus, and Beirut. He affirmed that Turkey will not allow fantasies of a "promised land" or impose a fait accompli in neighboring countries. He warned that Israel's ongoing violations of regional rights must be addressed, stating that Turkey's response will be decisive if Turkey’s and the Turkish Cypriots’ rights in the Eastern Mediterranean are tampered with, while underscoring that regional security is a shared humanitarian responsibility.
