Honor has unveiled its new "Honor Robot Phone," featuring an integrated Gimbal system with a moving camera designed to deliver advanced cinematic photography experiences through a smartphone. The device includes a 200-megapixel main camera with a four-dimensional Gimbal system, a large sensor, and a unique aperture, alongside a 200-megapixel telephoto lens with 2.7x optical zoom and a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. The phone sports a 6.3-inch LTPO OLED display, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, up to 16GB of RAM, and 1TB of storage. It also boasts a massive 7,060mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging. What sets this phone apart is its Gimbal stabilization system, which is 65% smaller than traditional systems, supported by AI technologies for voice control, auto-tracking, and personalized interactions within an integrated system featuring the Yoyo AI assistant. The device incorporates cinematic filming features, supporting Log-C3 video encoding and LUT color file transfer, making it the first product resulting from a semi-partnership with ARRI. With advanced capabilities in photography and AI, this device is among the most unique smartphones of 2026, raising questions about the future of robotic moving cameras in the smartphone industry.
