The article discusses the difficult circumstances faced by the American aircraft carrier "Abraham Lincoln" during its deployment in the Middle East to support operations against Iran. Unconfirmed reports indicate shortages of supplies, declining living conditions for the crew, and suicide attempts by some sailors due to exhaustion and suffering from poor humanitarian conditions. In contrast, the Pentagon denied these reports, dismissing them as false information, asserting that the ship and its crew are receiving all necessary resources, and that extended deployment periods—longer than usual—are affecting the ship's readiness and equipment maintenance. Additionally, reports of a Iranian vessel approaching the "Abraham Lincoln" prompted a military response, with U.S. forces opening fire on the Iranian vessel. The U.S. Navy is also planning to replace "Lincoln" with another carrier in the region, amid concerns about the crew's worsening conditions and a lack of clear objectives for the military operations against Iran.
