Tunisian Court Judges’ New Movement
The Tunisian presidency announced the issuance of an official judicial order to reorganize and regulate the movement of judges at the Tunisian Administrative Court for the 2026-2027 judicial year. This included appointments and transfers of a large number of judges across various judicial circuits. The changes primarily focused on naming heads of appellate, advisory, and cassation divisions, as well as transferring some judges between regional and central circuits. Additionally, appointments were made across different ranks, including advisors and judges in various judicial departments. The goal of this movement is to enhance judicial efficiency and organization within the court, as part of the implementation of the expanded new regulation announced in the Official Gazette of the Tunisian Republic. It is also part of the judicial reforms for the current year.
