Tehran discloses details of US offer
The Iranian Foreign Ministry has confirmed that it has received a new American proposal regarding the nuclear issue. However, Iran prefers to focus on the Strait of Hormuz rather than the nuclear file itself. Tehran responded to the proposal, which closely resembles the previous one, highlighting that there are additional points that still need to be communicated to the American side. The Foreign Ministry spokesperson also clarified that the issue of the International Atomic Energy Agency inspectors returning has not yet been discussed, and Iran is prepared to confront threats diplomatically and security-wise. It was emphasized that Iran adopts a constructive approach based on good faith, despite its lack of trust in the United States' commitment to fulfill its obligations. Furthermore, the head of the Iranian Parliament stated that the Strait of Hormuz will not be reopened until Iran's seven conditions are met, declaring that the phase of delay and unilateral demands imposed by the United States has ended.
