General Committee reviews tax advisor law
The General Legislation Committee at the People's Assembly continued reviewing the draft organic law organizing the profession of tax advisor. It approved sections 22 to 44 after discussions regarding the wording of some articles, their arrangement, or deletion, based on consultations and parliamentary frameworks. The sections focused on the conditions for practicing the profession, including registration in the register of the Bar Association, whether through training, as a member, or as a professional company. They also covered the rights and obligations of tax advisors. The committee is scheduled to resume its work tomorrow to continue discussing the remaining sections of the project.
