PM Office awards new donation license to SOS Children's Village
The "SOS Children's Villages" organization in Tunisia has been granted a new license to collect donations through major retail spaces, a mechanism being implemented for the first time in the country. This method allows for voluntary donations starting from one dinar at the point of sale, with the donation amounts included on the purchase receipt. This approach has been used in several European countries to facilitate contributions to social work. No fees or commissions are applied to the process, as all donations are transferred directly to the organization to support children's programs. The license is valid for three months, until January 2, 2027.
