Ronaldo Speaks Out on Truth
Cristiano Ronaldo revealed in his statement the details of the crisis that occurred between him and the Portugal national team coach, Jorge Jesus, which led to his departure from the team's camp before the Denmark match. He recounted how he prepared a farewell message after the 2026 World Cup, but decided to continue after being convinced by the Portuguese Football Federation. He confirmed that he agreed to the coach's plan to participate, but was betrayed by broken promises made by the coach regarding his involvement, which led him to make the decision to leave the camp. Ronaldo apologized for not greeting the fans after the Norway game, describing the coach's behavior as wrong, and asked the federation to evaluate his conduct. He clarified that he is available to return to the national team after the suspension, provided he is physically ready, emphasizing his right to do so and the importance of honesty in dealing. He also reaffirmed his desire to compete with the national team in the future.
